9.1.1. To access certain parts of the Site or Services, you will be required to register for an account with an email and password.

9.1.2. You must be 18 years old or above to register.

9.1.3. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you warrant that all information provided is complete, accurate, true and up-to-date.

9.1.4. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your username, email and password. You must not share or permit others to use your account.

9.1.5. You are responsible for all communications and activities conducted through your account. Metal & Picks is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from theft or mishandling of your account credentials.

9.2.1. Each Customer may only create one account. If multiple accounts are created without authorization, we may cancel all associated orders and hold the customer liable for market loss repayments.

9.2.2. Any violation may result in restriction, suspension or termination of your account at Metal & Picks’ sole discretion.

Metal & Picks will send email notifications for:

– Buy Order Request / Confirmation Email
– Physical Delivery Request
– Order Cancellation (if any)

We are not responsible if a notice is sent but not read by you. You are deemed to have knowledge of all notices sent to your registered email.

You must ensure Metal & Picks emails are whitelisted and not blocked by filters.

You place an order by checking out on the Site. We will acknowledge receipt of your order by email, but this does not constitute acceptance.

Your order is only accepted when we email you a Confirmation Email. At this point, a legally binding contract exists, and your goods will be dispatched.

We may reject your order for reasons including:

– goods unavailable
– payment cannot be authorized
– legal restrictions
– excessive quantities ordered
– pricing or description errors

A binding contract exists once the customer agrees to the price, ticks “I accept the Terms and Conditions,” and submits the order. Prices are then locked in and the customer assumes all price risk.

Metal & Picks ensures the accuracy of product information including colour, images, texture, measurements and descriptions, but cannot guarantee your monitor’s display accuracy. Slight marks, variations, or inherent product characteristics are not considered faults.

Metal & Picks reserves the right to refuse sale if a product is priced incorrectly.

Bullion products may contain minor defects due to the nature of precious metals. These do not affect metal value and are not considered faults. Refunds or exchanges are only allowed if visible defects are identified during collection or if the delivered product differs from the description.

All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated.

Prices are live and updated every minute. Pricing depends on spot prices, premiums, demand, supply and internal controls. Prices are locked when the order is submitted.

Prices follow spot rates in real time during market open. Once your order is placed, the price is locked and will not change. Confirmation details are sent via email.

Payment must be made in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

We accept Bank/Wire Transfers, PayNow and Cash. Charges incurred must be borne by buyers. We do not accept cryptos, bank drafts, gift cards, or cash equivalents.

Payment must be initiated within fifteen (15) minutes of submitting your order. Failure to do so may result in cancellation and market loss charges.

You must provide accurate billing and account details. We may cancel or limit orders at our discretion.

We reserve the right to conduct Customer Due Diligence (CDD/ECDD) before accepting and processing an order.

Customers can choose to pick up their ordered items by selecting “Self Collection” during checkout. Our Metal & Picks representative will contact you when your order is ready for collection. You will be required to schedule an appointment prior to collection. At collection, you must show your (or your appointee’s) identity card for verification.

At the time of bullion collection, you will be required to:

i) Show us the email order confirmation from your phone/tablet.
ii) Bring a valid government-issued photo identity document for verification.
iii) If the invoice value is less than SGD$20,000, you may appoint an authorised representative to make final payment and/or collect your order.

The appointed individual must bring:

• a signed authorisation letter;
• proof of the email order confirmation;
• a clear photocopy of your government-issued photo identity (NRIC/FIN/Passport);
• his/her original government-issued photo identity card.

If the invoice value is more than SGD$20,000:
The customer must collect their order personally and present their original government-issued photo identity.

Metal & Picks reserves the right to conduct Customer Due Diligence (CDD) or Enhanced CDD in accordance with regulatory requirements.

We reserve the right to refuse to hand over the ordered items and/or cancel the transaction if:

• the identity of the Customer or authorised representative cannot be verified;
• the authorised representative fails to bring the required documents;
• payment cannot be confirmed;
• the Customer sends an authorised representative for orders exceeding SGD$20,000;
• the Customer or representative does not comply with CDD/EDCC requirements.

Metal & Picks carries products that are guaranteed genuine. Returns or exchanges are only accepted when the precious metal bullion product is damaged or differs from the product description. We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds for bullion products.

If an exchange is requested, we may accept or refuse the request at our discretion. You may be required to pay Market Loss due to price changes on approved exchanges. Any Market Gain shall remain the property of Metal & Picks.

If a product is unavailable for exchange, we may offer a similar product (with price difference top-up if applicable) or issue a full refund based on the prevailing rate. Exchange requests must be submitted within three (3) working days from receipt of the product. Requests submitted after 3 days will not be accepted.

For approved exchanges, customers must:

• follow all instructions provided by Metal & Picks;
• return all original items, brochures and packaging;
• pack items securely in a protective box before handing over to courier.

Failure to return all original items or proper packaging may result in rejection of the exchange/refund.

Metal & Picks is not responsible for lost or damaged returns. We cannot accept exchanges if:

• the product seal has been opened, or
• the customer changed their mind after 3 days.

Market loss, courier fees, and insurance costs are borne by the customer.

Metal & Picks may inspect returned products to determine if the return is valid. Our decision is final. We reserve the right to reject exchanges that do not comply with requirements.

All sales are final and non-cancellable.

Once an order is placed, you have entered into a legally binding agreement. Prices are guaranteed and orders cannot be cancelled by the customer. Cancellations initiated by Metal & Picks are subject to the Market Loss Policy.

Orders may be cancelled if:

• payment is not initiated or completed within the stipulated timeframe;
• proof of payment cannot be verified despite attempts to contact you.

We may refuse, cancel or amend orders for reasons including:

• erroneous published prices or technical issues;
• stock errors, damaged products, or unavailability;
• incorrect product delivered to Customer;
• delays or cancellations from suppliers;
• suspicious or high-risk orders.

If cancelled, the Customer may choose to:

– rearrange terms of the sale (new order at prevailing rate), or
– receive a full refund.

If a corrected price is higher, you may confirm or cancel the purchase. Shortfall payments will be charged; any overpayment will be refunded per our policy.

Cancellations will be confirmed via an “Order Cancellation” email.

Once a transaction is submitted, prices are locked-in. Any cancellation may result in Market Loss charges to the customer.

You will be invoiced for Market Loss if applicable, and must pay immediately upon notice. No future orders may be permitted until Market Loss is settled.

There is no Market Loss fee if:

• the precious metal price rises after your purchase (Market Gain remains with Metal & Picks);
• there is no price change at cancellation.

Market Loss applies if:
The price of the metal falls below your purchase price at the time of cancellation.

Market Loss is calculated using:

• Metal & Picks live spot price at the time, or
• London Bullion Market Association (London PM Fix) price on day of payment.

All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice. We may modify or discontinue any product at our discretion. All product and service offers are void where prohibited.

If you use this website and/or the Services, we will assume — and you confirm — that you are 18 years of age or older, or that you have permission from your parent or legal guardian who consents to these Terms and Conditions on your behalf.

If you are the parent or legal guardian of a minor under the age of 18, you must carefully supervise the minor’s use of the website and/or the Services. It is your responsibility to determine whether any part of this website or any linked third-party site is appropriate.

You also agree to pay in full all sums due for any orders or transactions placed by your child or ward, and to guarantee full compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

As a precious metal dealer in Singapore, Metal & Picks reserves the right to conduct Customer Due Diligence (CDD) or Enhanced Customer Due Diligence (ECDD) in accordance with regulatory requirements. Ritz Bullion reserves the right to conduct CDD or ECDD on customers for transactions exceeding SGD$20,000.

CDD or ECDD may include verifying, obtaining and filing copies of the customer’s identity information, including:

• full name,
• NRIC or passport number,
• nationality,
• date of birth,
• contact details,
• address,
• occupation.

Additional information may also be requested to establish:

• beneficial owner of funds,
• source of funds,
• source of wealth,
• income levels,
• whether the customer is acting on behalf of an entity.

If the required information is not provided, Metal & Picks reserves the right to refuse and cancel the order and terminate any ongoing transactions.

Your access and/or use of www.metalnpicks.com and/or the Platforms are governed by the laws of Singapore. These Terms are drafted in English; if translated, the English version shall prevail in the event of a dispute.

All disputes arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably (including mediation) shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Singapore.

All obligations and liabilities incurred prior to termination shall survive termination of this agreement.

These Terms and Conditions remain effective unless terminated by you or us. You may terminate the Terms at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services.

You agree that Metal & Picks has the right, at its sole discretion and without notice or liability, to:

• restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all or part of the Site or Services;
• terminate, deactivate, or suspend your account;
• delete your account and all related information and files.

Upon termination, you must immediately cease all access to and use of the Site, and all passwords and identifications issued to you will be revoked. You remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.

From time to time, there may be information on the Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing or availability. We do not guarantee that information is error-free, current, or complete.

Metal & Picks shall not be liable for any errors in pricing or product information. We reserve the right to correct any errors or update information without prior notice (including after an order has been submitted).

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Metal & Picks and supersedes any prior agreements regarding your use of the Website.

Metal & Picks reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to update, revise, modify, add or remove parts of these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting updates on the Website.
