To ensure that your order is confirmed at the indicated spot price, we ask that you make full payment to Metal & Picks to lock-in the price of your purchase and to submit a true copy of “proof of payment” within five (5) minutes.

Once you have submitted your order, details regarding your purchase including an order number will appear on the confirmation order page.

Once payment has been processed, an order confirmation email will be sent to your email address within one (1) working day. We will prepare the package for collection and it will be posted on your Metal & Picks bullion account online and/or sent to you via email or text message.

Metal & Picks accepts the following payment methods when placing orders. We have outlined the details for each payment method:

1. PayNow
Maximum: $200,000
Fees: None

2. Cash
Minimum value: $5,000
Fees: None

Metal & Picks does not accept the following methods of payment on our online store:

• Cash equivalents such as Cash Cheques, Nets Flashpay, EZ-Link Cards, Prepaid Cards, Gift Cards and Vouchers
• Money Orders
• Bank Drafts
• Bitcoins or any other cryptocurrencies
• Credit / Debit cards

Note: To ensure compliance with anti-money laundering / countering the financing of terrorism (AML/CFT) regulatory regime, incoming payments are subject to review. We may request additional information or documents to clarify the source of funds.

Once you add the first item into your cart, a five (5) minutes timer will start and the price will be locked-in based on the first item added into your cart. This price will be held for five (5) minutes while you complete the checkout process.

You will have one (1) day to complete your purchase before the cart empties. During this time, product price at the checkout page will automatically refresh every five (5) minutes based on the prevailing spot price and you will have the option to approve the new, updated prices before finalising your order. You may refer to our “Terms & Conditions under 10.5. Pricing”.

Bank transfers and PayNow
To secure the locked-in price, payments MUST be received within the stipulated time frame of five (5) minutes during checkout.

Cash Payment
If you prefer to pay in cash, kindly drop by our retail outlet. A new quote will be issued according to the latest market price.

We accept PayNow payments and this payment method is preferred as there are no transfer costs and funds are transferred almost instantly. PayNow transfer limit is up to SGD$200,000 per transfer and subject to your daily local transfer limit.

Metal & Picks QR code and the Unique Entity Number (UEN) will be displayed at the checkout page when you have selected your preferred mode of payment, i.e. “PayNow”. You can either scan the Metal & Picks PayNow QR Code or select Unique Entity Number in your bank’s Internet Banking platform or mobile banking app and key in our UEN: 202521641H.

Reference: To ensure accurate processing, please state your order number in the reference line of your PayNow transfer (e.g. 012345).

Amount: Key in the total amount payable to Metal & Picks as shown on the checkout page.

After payment has been made, please take a screenshot of the payment transaction and submit proof of payment at the checkout page.
